How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
When you reach out through Definebig Pest Control, you are pointed to an independent provider in our network. These are local pest control and wildlife businesses, not employees of Definebig Pest Control. The person who answers speaks for their own company and their own schedule.
That matters because each provider sets their own prices, methods and service area. Definebig Pest Control simply helps you get to the right door faster.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a relaxed, practical chat. The provider will usually ask what you have noticed, where, and for how long. They may ask about your home, such as whether it has a basement or crawl space, and whether you have pets or children.
From there, they may suggest a visit, give a rough idea of next steps, or ask for photos. Request a callback to check provider availability and see what comes next.
What to Ask a Provider
A few good questions can save you stress later. Try these:
- What kind of pest or animal do you think this is?
- Do you handle this type of problem often?
- Will you give me a written quote before starting?
- What products or methods do you use, and are they safe around pets and kids?
- Do I need to prepare the space before you arrive?
- What follow-up visits are included, and what if the problem comes back?
- Do you hold the license your state requires?
It is also fine to ask about bed bug treatment, wildlife entry points or termite inspections if those are on your mind.
Bring Your Notes and Photos
Providers can give a clearer answer when you show them what you see. Snap photos of droppings, chew marks, damaged wood or insects. Write down dates and places. A simple note on your phone is enough.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider does not lock you into anything. You can compare quotes, ask for time to think, or say no thanks. There is no obligation. The decision, and the agreement, are yours alone.
If something feels off, trust that feeling and ask more questions.
